This week, the CFMOTO Process Management Project officially kicked off! The company has selected AlphaFlow as the platform for enterprise process construction and management, aiming to achieve end-to-end lifecycle management of processes.
Zhejiang CFMOTO Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CFMOTO," stock code: 603129) was founded in 1989. It is a large international enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of high-displacement motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), new energy motorcycles, and their core components.
Over more than three decades, CFMOTO has consistently pursued the path of independent brand development, gaining recognition for its brand influence from multiple quarters. In 2014, CFMOTO became the designated producer of motorcycles for China's state guest escort. In 2024, as the first Chinese brand in the ATV category, it stood out in international competitions, winning six Moto3 championships and one Moto2 championship.
As a national champion in single-category manufacturing, the company has consistently ranked first in China for the export value of branded ATVs and has maintained the top market share in Europe for over ten years. Additionally, CFMOTO ranks among the top in sales of 250cc straddle-type motorcycles, solidifying its leading position in the industry. To date, CFMOTO has established multiple research and development centers and manufacturing plants globally, with business operations spanning over 100 countries and regions, supported by more than 4,000 dealer outlets.
Digitalization is a strategic priority that CFMOTO has long emphasized and implemented. At the end of 2012, CFMOTO began planning its digital transformation. From 2013 to 2016, the company went through stages of foundational construction, individual application, and system integration, achieving comprehensive digital control over the production process. During this period, the company deeply realized that digitalization requires a solid management foundation, with organizational structure and process optimization being key components of this foundation.
The advancement of the Process Asset Management Platform project aims to integrate process management into the IT platform, establishing a hierarchical and tiered process framework. This will produce a structured and visualized panoramic map of processes, accurately reflecting the entire value creation process of the company.
Simultaneously, by highly integrating all elements such as organization, systems, processes, templates, risks, and standards, and conducting design, release, association, query, and display on a unified process platform, the company aims to make its operational and production activities, as well as supporting processes, clearer and more standardized. Ultimately, CFMOTO hopes to convert the excellent process assets accumulated across various business domains into productivity, further driving full-chain digitalization, and ensuring that processes are accountable for results.
