Promoting the process digitalization transformation project is an important measure for Zhende Medical to inherit the group's strategic goals and organizational control model and guide the implementation of IT system construction. In the semi-annual report released on August 30, 2023, Zhende Medical emphasized in the report: "The company will continue to promote the digital optimization of processes as planned to improve the company's overall business management efficiency. Promote the construction of process-oriented organizations, create a closed loop of capabilities of 'strategy-process-organization' and a closed loop of power of 'strategy-operation-budget-performance', and use department process optimization, CRM process intelligent combination, PMC function optimization and other quick-win projects as a starting point to solve the current process pain points."
