ZhenDe Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZhenDe Medical") was founded in 1994 and is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 603301.SH). It is a leading supplier of medical care and protective products in China. The company's product lines cover a wide range of use cases, including bandaging and fixation, wound care, surgical infection control, basic care, protective isolation, pressure therapy and VTE prevention, ostomy and incontinence care, advanced wound care, personal care, rehabilitation care, and intravenous therapy care. Currently, its products and solutions serve over 70 countries and regions globally, primarily in Europe and America, as well as nearly 10,000 medical institutions in China.
The advancement of the process digitalization project is a key initiative for ZhenDe Medical to align with the group's strategic goals and organizational control model, and to guide the implementation of IT system construction. In the semi-annual report released on August 30, 2023, ZhenDe Medical emphasized:

By introducing AlphaFlow, ZhenDe Medical will consolidate its core business processes into a unified process digitalization management platform. The company will build a layered and graded process architecture, design and streamline processes at each level, and achieve visualized process sharing. This will enable managers to have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the management approach and help employees clearly understand the correct way to perform their tasks.
