Recently, AlphaFlow Technologies successfully won the bid for the process management platform project of China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: CREC Equipment)! CREC Equipment will introduce the AlphaFlow full-process platform to build a unified and intelligent next-generation full-lifecycle digital process platform, promoting the implementation of information integration in engineering.
CREC Equipment is a direct subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited, a Fortune Global 500 company. It is a large state-owned enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and technical services of tunnel boring machines (TBMs and hard rock TBMs). CREC Equipment is currently the leading manufacturer of tunnel engineering equipment in China, with the strongest R&D and manufacturing capabilities, the most diverse product range, and the highest market share both domestically and internationally. It has been ranked as the world's top full-face tunnel boring machine manufacturer for five consecutive years.
As a high-end equipment manufacturing company, CREC Equipment has in recent years aimed to achieve "horizontal integration, vertical penetration, and internal-external interconnection." Starting from the strategic planning and top-level design, it has actively explored how to introduce digital technology into the underground engineering equipment industry, focusing on three main goals:

With the introduction of the AlphaFlow full-process platform, CREC Equipment aims to achieve these three goals through a "unified planning, phased implementation" approach.
Firstly, CREC Equipment will use the AlphaFlow EBPA process planning and design platform to comprehensively review and integrate with management elements such as systems, rules, performance, risks, positions, permissions, IT systems, and data. This will enable the visualization, standardization, and model-based management of the process management system.
Secondly, CREC Equipment will leverage the AlphaFlow BPA process management and automation platform to build a unified process operation, automation, and integration platform. This will connect the isolated systems previously carried by the OA system, covering end-to-end process operations and monitoring across all business lines, achieving transparent management.
Finally, CREC Equipment will utilize the process analysis, mining, and visualization capabilities of the AlphaFlow BPI process analysis and mining platform to identify issues in end-to-end process operations. Through consistency analysis, it will gain insights into the differences between the current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) states, enabling early warnings and reminders. This will support continuous process optimization and ultimately drive new growth in business and process digital transformation.
