Fuyang Rural Commercial Bank was officially established on May 18, 2015, following the overall transformation of Zhejiang Fuyang Rural Cooperative Bank. The bank has a registered capital of 909 million yuan. Currently, it employs over 930 staff members, with 13 internal management departments at the headquarters and 74 operating branches spread across the entire region, covering both urban and rural areas.

Traditional paper-based management is time-consuming and labor-intensive, leading to inefficiencies and potential information leaks. Cross-organizational and cross-departmental documents often rely on manual transmission, making the entire circulation process unmonitored and unreliable.
Using the AlphaFlow BPMA process operation platform, Fuyang Rural Commercial Bank has achieved unified management of various official documents, including those from higher authorities, internal notifications, and branch issuances.

Information modules such as announcements, latest documents, bank news, digital reform updates, higher authority documents, branch/department news, and red party building activities are quickly built and uniformly displayed using the AlphaFlow BPD low-code platform. This effectively breaks down information barriers between departments and business lines, and intelligent push notifications enable employees to easily access role-relevant information within their permissions, enhancing work efficiency.
