This week, Hailiang Group, one of China's Top 500 companies, has partnered with Weihong Technology to adopt the AlphaFlow process platform. This collaboration aims to build the group's digital process management capabilities, achieving quantifiable, analyzable, visualizable, and optimizable business processes through the planning, design, and management of core business processes.
Headquartered in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, Hailiang Group has grown over 34 years into a large, international, and diversified enterprise group, focusing on education, ecological agriculture, and the manufacturing of non-ferrous materials. Hailiang Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, has 22 production bases across Asia, America, and Europe, making it a benchmark and leader in the global copper tube and rod processing industry. Hailiang Education is also a benchmark in China's private basic education sector.
Through this process project, Hailiang Group will focus on building a unified process asset and operational digital platform within the group. By setting and linking process elements, the group aims to achieve comprehensive integration of process performance, process roles, associated management processes, process systems, process risk control, and process terminology. This will enable a closed-loop management system for process planning, design, release, operation, and optimization, ensuring uniformity and standardization in process management.
Additionally, by defining organizational responsibilities and authorities through process definitions, Hailiang Group will segment different scenarios and define business processes and corresponding roles and responsibilities for each scenario. Through effective integration of processes and organizational structures, the group will ensure that its strategic objectives are effectively supported and efficiently coordinated at both the organizational and individual levels, ultimately achieving business goals that are customer-oriented.
