All long-term collaborations are based on creating value for the customers. Over 8 years and 7 consecutive partnerships, we are pleased to have once again earned the recognition of thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "thyssenkrupp"). They will deepen their application of AlphaFlow to enhance process automation capabilities, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the thyssenkrupp Group. Many people know that thyssenkrupp AG was formed by the merger of Thyssen AG and Krupp AG in March 1999. Today, China has become the most important strategic investment market for the thyssenkrupp Group outside of Germany. The group has 27 wholly-owned companies, joint ventures, and representative offices in China, employing about 7,000 people. Its business in China spans multiple industries, including automotive, energy, mechanical engineering, chemicals, metallurgy, mining, cement, and aerospace materials services, providing a diverse range of products, services, and solutions to the Chinese market.
As a globally renowned company, thyssenkrupp's business is spread worldwide with numerous subsidiaries. For the strategically important Chinese market, the company has set new goals for deepening unified management:
●How to achieve efficient collaboration among various departments through unified planning, management, and data, thereby significantly enhancing the automation level of decision-making processes?
●How to address decentralized process management and implement a flexible, efficient, scientifically compliant, and risk-controlled management model?
●How to integrate various business systems through comprehensive process integration, achieving seamless cross-platform and cross-application integration?
To this end, thyssenkrupp aims to introduce a unified process platform to comprehensively enhance process automation capabilities while better supporting the operation of business systems. The AlphaFlow process automation platform precisely meets these needs.
Through the "zero-code" design and configuration capabilities of the AlphaFlow process automation platform, thyssenkrupp quickly implemented online operations for 13 major categories and hundreds of business processes, including meeting management, employee training, exit permits, supplier management, customer management, and project management.
By using fine-grained permission controls, different roles can access different portals, allowing employees to quickly initiate processes and obtain various information and process performance data, effectively driving the efficient implementation of business processes.
In this deepened process application, thyssenkrupp has added out-of-the-box process robots and an iPaaS integration platform. The combination of AlphaBot process robots with the iPaaS integration platform enables cross-system process integration without writing code.
Pre-packaged communication robots, OCR robots, integration robots, and email bots are ready to use, significantly reducing the deployment cycle and costs for cross-system business processes. This liberates the productivity of the group's employees, allowing them to focus on more valuable work and gain timely market feedback from process operation and optimization analysis data, driving business agility and supporting quick decision-making.
